This same senator is still rambling on. Almost 10 minutes now.

I need some background noise while I take this printer apart. I forgot my CD's in the car and I'm too sore from the morning workout to go back down the stairs.

so far, i haven't been sore from working out... but i haven't done any strength training. just the elliptical.

i guess i could listen to CDs but i haven't gotten that far yet. just started here.

I ran 3 miles, did 220 crunches, did 3 sets of pulldowns and 3 sets of bench presses.

Wow. 3 miles in the morning? *tips of hat to you* I could never do that in the morning.

btw I read in mens health that you shouldnt exercise for atleast 30 minutes as soon as you wake up, because it can have adverse effects on your health. Just lookin out. So i guess, eat your breakfest first, then do your morning workout.

that is pretty crazy. i've gone a mile in the morning before, but i don't want to get up that early anymore. besides, that was joggin and not running. i can't imagine doing all that stuff.

I get up, do my blood sugar (it was 100 this AM). Pack my gym bag and lunch, 4 bottles of water and drive to the gym so that takes about 30-45 minutes.

Then I do the workout.

My Goal is to get 2000 situps each morn by years end. I also want to get my distance up to 5 miles.

Also, I have ordered YRG on DVD so I'll add that as well.

Youll have that six pack in no time, that is, if you dont already.

I prefer running on the beach. I can run miles and miles, then when I get exhausted I get to just lay on the beach, its great. Dont get to do it too often tho because I live about an hour from the beach.
