i agree those feelings are rather terrible!
it's worse when you are at the movies or out in public. those feelings start to come right on in and nock on your door... you are thinking to yourself dammit "fuck off" and the nauseation feeling is like "no way.. i'm gonna make you feel so nauseated. that you are gonna vomit." while you are sitting here thinking "OH MY GAWD PLEASE GO AWAY!" the nauseation feeling is saying this "HAHAHAHAHA!" and BOOM you vomit.
