It would mean another move and not so much driving to onsite locations. But a lower cost of living and a pay raise so it's worth trying for. Pain is Nature's way of saying "At least your still alive!"

with the cost of gas now fewer miles might not be such a bad thing. lower cost of living and more money would be nice too. the move sucks though
where would you be moving to?

I'd be moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
it's got the state university and a good sized Air Force base there so it's a good medium-sized city. Also it's only a couple hours away from Denver.
It also has the biggest rodeo of the year. Frontier Days is where the Pro rodeo circuit started. Pain is Nature's way of saying "At least your still alive!"

i rode a bull. it was fun. he was named bill. a 4-h calf, all you had to do was climb on and tap him with your fishing rod and he'd take you to the pond. thats how i went fishing when i was 4. only time you had to watch him was in the spring and if you had a bucket. he always wanted what was in the bucket.

don't know, it's what we always carried kitchen scraps in. cucumber peels, orange peels, pea hulls, ect. he thought it was something for him and he wasn't afraid to stick his head into the bucket with you carrying it to get at it.

he sounds spoiled.
We used to have a calf that would jump the fence and run to meet the bus at the end of the school day. We could climb up on his back and ride him home. Pain is Nature's way of saying "At least your still alive!"

bill wasn't a calf when i was riding him and he was sticking his head in the bucket. he was a 2500 lb. herfered bull. think of a really really big dog that would tear down a 5 rail crosstie and 4x6 fence every spring to fight his neighbor and take his wives. not that he didn't have about 20 of his own.

That sounds like a bigger version of Red. He was over 1,000 lbs when we sold him. You could get 4 kids on his back at one time. Pain is Nature's way of saying "At least your still alive!"

I'm sometimes surprised at what people think is fun. If you think a forum is going downhill, you have no-one to blame but yourself.

depending on what you're hunting, you don't need to worry about the warden. Some nusiance animals are never out of season.
here in Wyoming, they have declared wolves to be that way so if they aren't inside Yellowstone, you can shoot them for any reason.
Of course, they were just de-listed from the endangered species list so it's got the greenies up in arms. Pain is Nature's way of saying "At least your still alive!"
