That's a good question and it could have many answers. I tend to do things like that myself sometimes. Like when I was studying for my certification...I knew from the first day of class what I was going to do my research paper on that was due at the end of the year, but when did I actually get around to writing it? Two weeks before it was due, I think.
If you can figure out the procrastination deal, let me know. I'd be curious to hear your take on it.

I did a changed behaviour project about my procrastination, it lasted the whole semester, I was great, I handed all my end of term assignments in early, but I've gone back to my old ways again

I've seen strange things today. I was driving to yoga class this morning and traffic was being held up because the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile was driving down the street.
On my way home, I noticed a big crowd outside of a local bar a few blocks away. I think they are filming a movie.

Yeah, don't teach yourself. LOL One misconception about yoga is that it's easy. It's actually not and it's not on many levels.
Seriously, you are better off with a teacher but if you want to go it alone (like I did for about 10 years and am realizing the benefits of working with an instructor) I can recommend some reading.
I mostly do basic Hatha/Iyengar stuff and some Ashtanga and the associated pranayama (breathing techniques). I also meditate.

I get too restless to sit still and meditate. But I've got some DVD's of a type of Yoga called YRG that I've been working on.

Heh, back when i was 3, my mom had a yoga book on the shelf. Since i wasn't reading yet ( i was pissed that my older siblings wouldn't teach me how ) I took to just imitating the pictures.
Freaked my mom out when she walked in the room and saw me with both feet behind my head.. I can still do most of what i mimicked back then. Including the feet behind the head thing.
