I'm a newbie here, but I love this forum, and I hate to see everyone arguing about the rules, and their enforcment. The moderators are doing their best to maintain standards, and a somewhat orderly forum. If some forum members want to be assholes to others, places have been provided where that is acceptable. Anywhere else, and the offending loudmouthed asshole should be banned.

To assist in this, a new association must be formed to support our kind and generous moderators in their times of need. I now ask you all to join Newbies Assisting Moderators in Banning Loudmouthed Assholes , which will otherwise be known as NAMBLA .

I don't know any of you, but I do know this, if you had bitched in private, you would have had a much better chance of talking them into reversing the ban. Since you bitched all over the boards, now they CAN'T overturn it. They have to support each other publicly, even the mods who may have disagreed with it. They can't be seen to reverse a decision just because people raise hell about it.
