I couldn't think of any other board to post this on... just an interesting idea I couldn't help but toss around.

Have you ever felt that the time you spend in the dream world (while sleeping or awake), is in fact spent in a different world? Away from this existence?

I don't know... it seems like that to me.

acttually that isnt that odd...not for me anyways...

it started when iwas about five yrs old. i would be afraid to fall asleep. i wondered if the life i was living was the dream, and my dreams the reality. and it scared me that i couldnt remember what happend when i was asleep. or what if i got stuck in my dreams and never woke up again and everybody thought i was dead...remember i thought this when i was like five or six...

and ppl say im strange *lol*

I feel the same way... except I want to escape this world into my dreams... which is precisely why I sleep as much as 16 hours a day at times when extremely depressed.
