Well I've been dieting and exercising and undermining my dieting and exercising for a good few years now, so I've decided to just lose some weight and then stop being so obsessive.

me too be dieting....in some fashion...but not because i wanna lose weight, which i do, but because i've been havin' heart palpitations durin' band practice, and yeah....ouch.....must get healthier.....but i refuse to stop smokin' or drinkin'.....eeek

New Years my ass! It's all a conspiracy. I remember reading about the idea that women will synchronize if they live together too.
It was in a thread on another forum where some guy asked if it would be a good idea to move into an appartment with a group of women. I kept expecting someone to simply reply: "Girls yucky!"
You know Sixxx; If you're having heart problems at your age you should be doing a lot more about it then just dieting, like, I don't know . . . maybe seeing a doctor or at least trying to cut back on the smoking and drinking, just a little bit ya' know . . .

That could apply to others, but I'm always trying to do more exercise and eat, well, fewer peanuts.

And, not that anyone cares, but I didn't have a peanut last night and when I get up this morning the first thing edible I see is peanuts... and I didn't want them anymore, because the craving had passed.

Heart palps in young people can often be due to caffiene, and smoking does limit the amount of oxygen in your blood stream, so that's a possibility.


We should have a Fat and Unhealthy Folk thread over on friendship (away from the jeering folk). It would keep things neat and tidy, as a lot of threads these days are going the way of the fat and addicted.
It could be like Weight Watchers and AA all in one. We could go there and say how much we've lost, how miserable we are, and we could all be nice and encouraging to each other.

Why do I get the feeling someone's going to quote that, and I'm going to regret it?
