I believe Neon is still working on it...it was going to in yorkshire somewhere...I dunno how far from sheffield though, I don't know if he got that far yet 
The location will be decided by the ease of getting there by the peeps, I think most of those in attendance will be from the uk (with a few exceptions) so they will be taken into consideration. Personally I can get to sheffield (my granny lives there) or Bham (as I live near there). I'll get onto Neon and find out more as and when I can track the little blighter down
