I've always wanted to go to Alaska. Have a blast man. (Oh, and do you realize how close Alaska is to Russia? (or whatever it's called nowadays) Super close.

I think the US even bought Alaska form Russia for like 15 dollars and some pocket lint.

Oh, and you have to go to that one bar where the put the old crusty finger in the shots. Hell yeah.

I think I wanna hit Cananada. It's not a bad trip from Seward (which is where I'll be) to the Cananadian border. I've never been to Canada.

I decided that the corporate world is not for me, and that I absolutely hate Charlotte. So in a fit of passion, before my car wreck, I applied for the most random ass jobs. Alaskan lodges, cruise lines, ranches... And one of em hired me.

That's where I'll be working. At the Seward Windsong Lodge. I'm leaving May 5th and returning September 20th.

They have internet access, of course. But I'm going up there to work. Staff housing doesn't have internet, and the nearest place to long on is the public library in Seward. I'll be in ALASKA. The last thing I want to do is get on DF. I've already made arrangements with my brother to have him send me any pertinent World Cup info and clips.

I can't hook you up with cheap travel. Alaska isn't cheap. But you can sleep in MY bed, fr0g honey.

The average summer temperature in Seward is 55-61 degrees Fahrenheit, according to Frommer's. So I won't be freezing too much. And because of the abundance of men, I'm sure I'll keep quite warm.
