thanx for the encouragement Duchess. How long have u not done it?

I tried to stop doing it for a week...but i just couldnt,proubably cuz ive been doing it 4 so long...4 anyone that can...good job.

I'd been about a year or more without cutting--without even THOUGHT about cutting, but then one night [I think it was in April or May] something inside of me SNAPPED. I don't want to go into everything that I said, thought, and did that night, but I kept cutting at my thighs with a sharp serated blade and it wouldn't bleed no matter how deep I cut. It's a good thing no one knew what was going on in my head that night or I would be wearing one of those special jackets with the long sleeves while sleeping in the bouncy room.

This is the first time I write about cutting myself.This is truly a great thread.I'm 16/17 years old, a student@High school.I have so-so grades.I do not take drugs.I am not very sociable but not that anti-Social.I have never been a "bullie" and have not been picked on.Well that should give you some background information, If you want more, just ask.

I have just recently began cutting myself this year.
Now on to why I cut myself:
I mostly cut myself for enjoyment, pleasure, stress relief.

I can't hurt the ones I love pyshically(like my parents) so when i can't hurt them I hurt myself.This is some kinda of stress relief for me.but this is only the case if its with my parents.
if its anyone else, forget them! I'll hurt them,lol

Ihave a certain fascination for crosses, so my cuts are in the shape of crosses.I also like the taste of my blood.I like seeing myself bleeding and I take pleasure in doing so.The pain isn't so bad , so its pleasureable.

I don't think I've cut myself for enjoyment yet.But I take it I will.Wait Upon seeing my arms, I take that back. I do it to enjoy myself, because as I see my scars fading away, I think of cutting myself again.Also Sometimes during school, if its really boring, I wish I had something sharp that would cut easily.That way I would entertain myself, but I haven't done it at school just at home.

I do it at school...i just makesure no one can see me,i always sit at the back of the room...or ill say i have to go to the washroom,then ill take off outside and have a smoke and do what i have to do to myself.

I've cut myself up b4. Its not a normal occurence but this year i got really depressed, and you know what they say, pain lets you know your alive. plus it was a kind of way of asking for help... i still have the scars

Some people think it's pathetic how I'm always online, but this is the only place I've found people that know what I'm talking about-- people that understand. People that won't call the authorities if you tell them what's on your mind. In fact, I've found the most intelligent people I've . . . never met in my life all on this site. I'd probably be all weepy sitting in my room feeling sorry for myself, still, if I hadn't have come here. *sniff sniff* I love you guys! :p
