Well its good to be back on the boards after a month of absolute pain and tradgedy truding around Scandanavia with a heavy pack.... and listening to some swedish idiot sing all day long....

And now im back for a while at least before they think of something horrible to do us.

I'm alright my feet are covered in blisters, my back is sore, my arms hurt and i've got a great big two pint tankard brimming with stella artois at my side... yes i'm happy.

Only problem is i can't walk as it causes too much pain so I'm being waited on hand and foot....oh shame

(thank god for the on suite bathroom)
