I'm after some images of a decent haunted looking house. Mostly interior, but some exterior too. I figured you lot would know more than people at school and around me. I'm after a house that's old and haunted looking, but not absolutely massive.
Suggestions of movies that feature a good haunted house are very much welcome.
I'm thinking more run down and once grand, than still grand and liveable.
Haha we have these 3 houses just along the Island highway... they're like "The trio"
1 2 3
1 -- Tall 2 story building, looks like it was built almost victorian style, the wood is darkened with age, the windows definately do not sparkle, and the curtains that hang in the windows look ancient from what you can see.
2 -- Creepiest fucking house ever, it's brown, it's square, it's 1 story, and all the doors and windows are boarded up. It's probably a grow op but it's the scariest house I've ever seen... been terrified of it since I was a kid. LoL
3 -- Not quite -as- creepy as the other two when looking at it by itself, it's an old ancient yellow miners hut type thing. It's narrow, Like, REALLY Narrow. Curtains again are also always closed, but it's SO SKINNY!!
Out of the 3, #2 is the scariest just to look at by itself, but stick the 3 of them together and it fucking sucks. I'll have to borrow a digicam sometime and take pics of them. LoL
One time my friends and I asked the waitress in the restaurant which is right across the highway from them, if anybody actually lived in those houses. She explained that yes, and they looked so barren from this side because it was the highway so it was essentially the 'back' of the houses... stupidly we decided to go drive down the alleyway to see if they looked any friendlier from the "front" and they're absolutely terrifying from that angle too. Of course it was the middle of the night, but still! lol
i grew up right next to some civil war battle grounds, its supposed to be one of the most haunted places on the east coast. Its called Point Look out, and they have battle cites, fort ruins, landing sites, and monuments to explore. and if you're really lucky you can get in the light house, that place is supposed to be one of the most active.
i have some pics somewhere...i don't think here though.
thanks for your input guys. i've done a little searching on the net, but my net is super slow so pics take ages to sift through. if anyone knows of good pics of abandoned houses on the net, please share. you can share my first born with the others i've promised it to
