So I found out that im going to be switching to 3rd shift.... midnight to 8am.... its a shitty shift as far as time of day goes, but its a 15% raise... which would take me 5 years in my old shift, getting the maximum raise each year (3%) to make. Its less work (less users to deal with) its also alot more responsability, I would be taking the lead tech support position for our admin users in japan.

Not anymore. I have for years, though. At hotels. 11-7. What a bitch. Especially in Alaska. The old night auditor got fired for looking at gay pr0n from work. So I started pulling 7 days a week.

But I might be with ya soon. I'm trying to get back into hotels. Hopefully 3rd shift.

But the 5 hour time difference makes it kinda a bitch sometimes.

I'm lucky I can get up with the job I have now, let alone 3rd shift.....

I work night shift, and I prefer it. I'm pretty much my own boss. I get to watch cable TV, smoke in the office, play playstation, surf the net. I'd be doing the same at home, so I figure, why not get paid to?
