I mean no year is entirely great. 2004 has been supremely shit, my worst year so far, but that's my fault.
My theory is that odd numbered years are where fate has it in for me, whereas if I fuck up even numbered years it's my own fault.
In 2004 I seemed on a direct path to ruining everything, and made no attempt to halt my progress- even though fate was on my side (in theory).
However if I'm holier-than-thou good in 2005 then I might just about break-even (in theory) and it could be an ok year.
It's probably flawed.
But it's best not to be too optimistic about these things.
(Note: exceptions to the rule are seven, eleven and seventeen, because they sound nice. There is no logic.)
