HA HA, Furries, yes, gotta love those plushie hugable characters! (unless they have a wet spot on the front of their suit). I had a friend who was totally into the furrie world from a very young age. I was suppose to go that furrie con in philly with him but there weren't enough tickets.
His furrie was a red fox.
I felt very bad for him because no one understood it. His parents thought it was some sort of "gay" behavior that needed to be fixed.

Wasn't that one chick on here a furry...the one with the day-glo fox/wolf/whatever avatar?
You'd think that more people that want to be furries would get jobs as sports team mascots, or with the cops going to schools dressed up as McGruff the Crime Dog. After all, you get a free costume, and you can earn money doing what you love, with only half the ridicule of doing it as a hobby. I can kind of see that. I don't see that there is anything to make fun of... whatever gets you through the night (or day).

Tiggs, you got her information you can pass on to Bloody? You are normally the forum packrat so if anyone has it you might.
As for you Bloody Tears, I respect your opening up here on the forum about it. I don't know any Furries besides you but I probably know some folk that do. I get around way too much for my own good. Pain is Nature's way of saying "At least your still alive!"

I make costumes, as a hobby. I don't make many costumes for men any more, though, because of the sheer amount of fabric involved. To make a Darth Vader cape, for example, you need to be working with five meters of fabric. It's extremely bulky and very difficult.
Kids' costumes are fun, though, I make a lot of those. I wish my daughter would want a Kadaj or Yazoo costume; either would look great on her but she's not interested.

next we will see people dressing up like babies on here You can look at it as a metaphor for the fleeting nature of human life, or just chalk it up to my being a sick, bloodthirsty monster. Either way, it's all the same.

i've only seen it on TV, and I have to agree...watching a full grown man wear a diaper, with a bottle who sleeps in an over sized crib is just to messed up and just a little creepy You can look at it as a metaphor for the fleeting nature of human life, or just chalk it up to my being a sick, bloodthirsty monster. Either way, it's all the same.
