Whenever "they" say that "studies have shown" or "updated testing revealed"... I usually discredit it.
Wasn't it decided at one point that salt was bad... then salt was good... now salt is okay in moderation.... not to mention the whole aritificial sweetener crappola.

It makes sense as the changes to certain oils during heating can be carcinogenic, but the mere fact it's on the front of that evil rag the Mail makes me want to eat chips out of spite.
