I thought that Excite Virtual Places chat was gone forever.
Now here come the clones. Follow the instructions below.
There is a free bootleg version of holsoft chat that uses the same software but different server.



First download the Holsoft pay chat

http://vpchat.com/

Then instead of using Holsoft's sever you add the free one.

In the Holsoft tools menu go to Community Servers
Add Community name Visual Places
Server Address Visualplaces.d2g.com

Or download from this page

http://www.visualplaces.com
