What are your opinions of people with different star signs using the people you know?

My best friend is an Aries: She's funny, very intelligent and very organised. She will always put herself out to help a friend, but is also good at drawing the line to preserve her sanity. She is the only Aries I know, so I can't make comparisons.

I know 4 Sagittarians, all of them extremely humourous, but often very self absorbed and frustrating. In saying that, all of them would chop off their right arms for a friend.

I know 3 Gemini's extremely well, one being my b/f the other my sister, and the other a friend. I have to say the only thing they have in common is their quirkyness, they are funny without realising it. Also, they can be a little too intense.

Now - Scorpios, I've met a few, and I wouldn't trust one as far as I could throw one. Nuff said.

Pisces - slimy.. and insecure.

OK - that's all I'm going for now, I know I've missed a lot, but I'm speaking about ppl I know, not all 12 star signs.

I never really bother with astrology. I just go by if I like someone or not or if I feel drawn to them.
Although it would be interesting to look at the relationships between my best friends, astrology and the people that I avoid but I only know the signs of two of my best friends. One of them is another Sagittarius and the other one is a fish.

erm, my da, grandda, uncle, best friend are all pisces I think but I dont know what that means.

It figures that this is one of the few subjects I'm not particularily well versed in.

Aghgh! but that's my whole point! If you know the star sign of any of your friends.. what are they like? we can analyse them 'by the book' later.

The horoscopes that allegedly predict your day to day events are pure bullshit, but the personality descriptions for each sign are surprisingly accurate.

Alright, as for my two friends: The Sagittarius could probably be mistaken for my father as he has a very similar build and is around that age. He's a real geeky kind of guy though, even more so then me.
We are both well versed in a lot of different fields of knowledge, enough so that we can hold a discusion and often find ourselves in agreement. he's already traveled to England and Ireland so I would count him as the traveling and artistic type, seeing as he is quite good at drawing Celtic knot-work and calligraphy. A few other things too, he's even opened up his own store in my town.

My Pisces friend: That's a sad one, he's a good person overall with a great sense of humor and he's intelligent but he is obvioulsy highly insecure and morbidy obese; in the 500 pound range.
It's really sad to see someone like that because he does have potential if he could just get moving: Just recently I learned from another friend that he has failed his drivers test three times in a row and he also applied for a job but never got assertive about trying to keep it when his employers told him he had it; then claimed not to recognize him when he showed up for work the next day.
I've even gone so far as to describe him as being like a fish. A Goldfish who floats in its bowl, it's mouth moving soundlesly as it gazes out at the outside world . . .

i'm a pisces, and i know a lot of other pisces......yes, we are insecure...but slimy?!

i really dig astrology.....not horiscopes, but astrology.....it does have some signifigance...

whatz interesting about pisces is that they are the most compatible (for friendship and what have you) of any other sign.....they get along with just about everyone.....

pisces are very emotional.....said to be the most emotinal of the zodiacs......and they can be very lazy, and have a bad memory in terms of short-term.....itz true too....every pisces i knows always forgets stupid shit they just planned to do.....the interesting thing about pisces is that they always end up finding one another.....i've known more pisces in my lifetime than any other zodiac sign......they too have told me they've known more pisces than any other of the signs.....itz really weird.....pisces really do connect with one another, but they don't make good lovers.......itz weird

all in all though, pisces is said to be the best of the zodiac.....they make the best friends, they make the best lovers, they're the most emotional.....but they have their downfalls.....being too emotional is a downfall, especially since they tend to wallow within a feeling for prolonged periods of time....if a pisces is depressed or angry, you'll definately know it........

but we're not slimy.....insecure yes, but most definately not slimy......if anyone is slimy, i'd say itz Aquarias (thatz the early Feb. b-days right?).....almost every Aquarias i've ever met is two-faced and a pathological liar.......

i'm proud to be a pisces.....and every pisces' i've ever met says the same......itz good to be a pisces......we're good people

Sereously, you all make it sound like you'r wonderfull people, and make me sad for what I am. So I resent what the original poster said. Scorpio's arn't all that bad. Were good people! We just don't care much for others...

Im scorpio, my brother and mother are the same.... Don't know the sign, but according to the book, I should get along fine with them both. Its weird. I get along great with my mother. Like thinking non-twins. But my brother, who's the same as my mothers sign, I don't get along with very well. Its all Hush-hush and don't argue. You'll regret it. (They're born in april, past the 20th.)
However, unlike other scorpio's I don't hold a grudge for long. I tend to let it go two minutes or so later. Just because I know theirs more importent things to be done.
