Do you ever just feel like your dying and then realize that you feel like that all the time? DO you have a hard time getting motivated and sit around in your jammies until sundown? DO you get headaches that last all day?
If so...you may be anemic...Today I found out that I am a severe anemic and that High potency iron pills prescribed by my doctor will make me a new woman  Apearantly our blood is supposed to sink and mine floated...lmao...Just thought I'd share.

i think that people that are constantly happy are fucking jokes. nobody is happy all the time, in fact, i haven't been...happy in a while. sure i get excited about shit, but usually the feeling passes and i concentrate on my music again. but yes..the thought the i'm one minute closer to death the a mintue before has crossed my mind. so people even call me intranced by death.

| Oh yes it can if severe enough.You probably have a milder form of it. Approximately 1 in 4 women of birthing age in the states is anemic. Much more prevalant in women with slight builds.

4. It causes Fatique, weakness, drowsiness, breathlessness, "IMPAIRED MENTAL FUNCTIONING".

Braunschweiger
Redmeat (I knew I was craving that fucker for some reason )
Tuna (hmmmm)
Shrimp
Eggs
Beans, peas, lentil
Peanut butter
Green vegetables like Spinache
dried fruits
and Vitamin C helps your body to use the iron more efficiantly.
Lots of fruits.

Iron rich foods are a good way to combat anemia, but with women, an iron supplement is still a really good idea. Women need extra iron, anyway, generally, as we lose it once a month. Although if I remember correctly Starface, for the next 9 months or so, you don't have to worry about loss of iron, in the normal way In any case, especially while you're pregnant an iron supplement is a good idea. Anemia and pregnancy are a bad combination.
Incidentally, fyi - while you're pregnant extra folic acid is a good idea as well. It prevents birth defects. Most good pre-natals have extra, but if you don't eat alot of red meats.. (or Redmeat) then a supplement of that doesn't hurt, either.
