Chuck Palahniuk is a good writer. He has an undertoning sense of dark irony and apatheticism that is so great that it's brought to the fore.

The movie....the acting was good, and it grasped the idea that it needed to. What really made it though was the cinematography.

You should read some of Chuck's other books, none of them are very long, if you enjoyed the movie.
