Briquet or propane? Anyone who grills knows what I am talking about. I personally prefer briquet. The food tastes better, and its far easier to control the heat. I know some people say "Oh all you taste is lighter fluid" No you don't not if you do it right. Your supposed to wait till the flame burns out before you start grilling, not while there is still a fire.
CAuse proprane cooks way too fast. When it comes to grilling the way to go is slow cooking, the flavor doesn't get cooked out of it, and when it comes to grilling meats, they come out nice and tender, and juicy. I've grilled steaks that you could cut with a fork before(course I also had to get those custom at the meat shop here)
You know that reminds me of those Propane commericals. Sure it might be good for indoor shit, torches, laterns and camping stoves, if you are lazy, but that is about it
