An interesting thing I read in a phsycology textbook about cultural differences in children:
If you take two infants, one chinese and the other american, and you hold a hankercheif so that it hangs in the nose and disturbs breathing; american infants will immediatly fight back by flailing their arms and beggining to cry, while the Chinese infant will adapt to the change by breathing through the mouth instead of the nostrils.

English ones will just say:

This will definatly lose something in the translation.

Southern ones will say:
