They (Customs & Excise) are a bit funny when it comes to sending currency overseas via mail it seems....

OOps... forgot... hehe.. forgive me... Message Tracking was disabled along with the whos online because we were having little 'bots come in and steal members e-mail addies.... as for the pics thingie... hmmm... I will look into that.... maybe Garg has a reason.. he usually has a good one for stuff he does... he just tends to forget to explain himself.... lol... the Members pics area... Garg posted a warning that he was going to clean that place up... maybe even get rid of it entirely...... though he has yet to do that.... it is completely unModerated and anyone can post the nastiest stuff along with comments that are pretty bad as well... I think we should get rid of it and just have the Photography section for member pics..... ummm... I will look at your Art Thread and see what I can do... it will not be until tomorrow or Monday though.....

Oh.. and from what I know Garg is hard at work trying to fix it so we can have the Whos and Message tracking back....

I know what you mean about the Members Pics section. I made a thread in the User Feedback forum about the goings on in there and offered my services if needed to keep track of things and clean up duties if people where going to abuse it, but if he wants to get rid of it then its his choice. Shame thou.

Hmmm didn't realise that people where abusing the stuff with the Message tracking. I thought you could only log into names you registed with. I know a friend asked me to sort her Sig out and gave me her password and asked me to fix it for her, but I was not allowed to log in as her because of security reasons. Shame people fuck about here and spoil it for the rest of us.

Hope Garg does well in his Finals and that we get the board up and running smoothly again.

There is no problems whatsoever sending money overseas, I in fact have sent a postal order to a girl from here for a book she ordered me and sent to my home, she lives overseas from me. Customs and Excise have no queries with overseas payments by any transaction, be it bankers draft or electronically sent.....
As both of my parents work in the department I know these things.
If you are experiancing problems contact me and I can get them sorted out. (this is for money from UK overseas only)

If paypal is the same as on ebay you have to register, you pay a small fee from your bank...about $1.50, which gets refunded when you use paypal, and await your bank statement which will have a paypal code on it in order for you to be able to send money through paypal you input the code from your bank statement.....if it is different however, thsi bit of info I have stated can be disregarded.

Yeah this is true, i talked to a few ppl, and they said is no problem to send money orders and such overseas
