Server limit: Means the server is full at the moment. You would do well to revert to a different server. Here's a list of servers I know of that connect to the network DF is on

Chat.Planetz.net (port 6667,6668,6669 and 7000)
irc.webmaster.com (port 6667,6668,6669 and 7000)

More I'll add if I can find em. Someone else knows others perhaps...
