It's not easy to make a generalization about boobs. I think this one might hold true though:

Not all boobs are good boobs but many small boobs are better than big boobs and many big boobs are bad boobs but the big boobs that are good boobs can be better than little boobs but chances of that are small.

If your girlfriend has small breasts it doesnt mean big ones are bad.

I think real boobs are better than fake boobs. Boobs should move when you do and not look like they are about to split out of the skin.

It saddens me the amount of beautiful women that feel like they need to surgery to look good.

Like the girl that felt like she couldn't get guys so she got a boob job. Now she's sad because all she can find are shallow guys that want her only for her tits...

Not getting cosmetic surgery should be common sense. You can never wake up from surgery I wouldn't be just having it and shit unless I was A.) in alot of pain or B.) gonna die or C.) was gonna die anyways.

the only surgery i think should be necessary are reductions. ocassionally enlargements, but those are special cases.

i'm considering a reduction. more than a handful is a waste and these sweater cows are killing my back.

Oh yeah, reduction if it's killing your back. My friend's mum had a back injury and therefore had her breasts reduced. She couldn't carry that weight anymore.

It's a bit lost on me. I have these wee little things that hardly warrant the need for a bra. Oh well...

you must be destined then to have exuberantly bodacious ta-ta's. why not get a weight-training program for strengthening your lat's and obliq's instead of choppin' the girls?

i've tried some strengthening exercises, how do you think i lost that 15 pounds? it helped a little, but they still get in the way and i can't sleep on my stomach anymore. at least, not easily.

Just find the nearest guy and ask him to hold them up for you. That would solve all the back problems. Finding a guy who would NOT do that would be hard..... but finding someone to do it would be easy!!
