do you guys get Locusts? they come around Ohio every like 17 yrs (i think it is).......when i was like 6 they were here, and they were here last summer.....

anywho, big swarms of 'em right....well, on the news they announced "Thinkin' about eatin' locusts or makin' a locust shake, think again! All around the tri-state people have been hospitlized for chemical poisoning from eatin' locusts. Apparently, pestisides and other outdoor chemicals which have been seeping into the ground over a number of years have been the primary part of the locusts' diet during their cacoon stage...so don't eat 'em!"

poor lil' squirrels.....i had a pet squirrel once....well, my cat caught it, but we kept it and got it back on itz feet, and it was a family pet for awhile, and then we let it go.....and it lived around here for awhile, a good two years or sumtin', until another one of our cats fuckin' caught it.....RIP "rocky" (i know, very unoriginal)

My dad had an injured pet Jackdaw as a kid. It couldn't fly and he used to take it everywhere on his shoulder.

I had an African snail but it died. I think it might have been dead when I bought it, it never came out of it's shell, but the smell just kept getting worse....

I left a couple of my plants outside through spring and summer last year. They still have a spider, a tiny snail and a at least two slugs living in one of the plant pots, I consider them pets, I found a snail out in the forest the size of a quarter once. I'm hoping that the tiny snail I have living in there will grow to that size.
I'd train my Crow to go for people's eyes on command.
