Actually that is old news. Frog was and is a chimp, just like Billykins. I have already spanked Froggy in the past. I see no reason to continue doing so, now or at any point in time. The point of educating anyone is that they become educated. Froggy is still a chimp. Nothing much changed, despite him being spanked.
