Anybody ever click those banners up there? Did you like the site? What site was it?

I clicked Second Shifters and was a goner... lol I'm just posting 'cuz it's been up there for a few days now... maybe the gotblack ones are all on the 'default view' just like the chat button doesn't show up on this either. O'well

Yeah, so Second Shifters is actually pretty cool... if you haven't heard it yet you should click an' listen! ~nods~ Just click the link, then up in the top right hand corner there's gonna be red lettering whch reads "Listen" and then you'll choose your connection speed. When you click on that, it's gonna give you about 3 lines of text, in it will be http://66.36.230.107:8000/ or something like that... that one is the broadband one actually lol just copy it and then if you have Windows Media Player, say "File Open URL" and paste it in, hit okay, and you're tuned in! Yay!

Fuck that rhymed. O'well. But yeah!!! Second Shifters is good!

I don't get it. Really. What's the difference between the GotBlack banners and this:



Here's the difference. The banner exchange might actually bring more people here. What's with damning something just for the sake of damning it? It's not as if someone's removing your left nut or something. If anything, I'd think it would be nice to have different stuff up there once in a while.

The difference is that gotblack is another online radio station, besides secondshifters; one that is lacking as a matter of fact. Where the secondshifters link to Darkforum on the Secondshifters.com website brought Garg upwards of hundreds of links a week... there is no hope that gotblack will do that ...

Why? Because :

1. they rarely have a working webpage
2. their stream cuts off constantly
3. When we have 10 listeners, they have 1; when we have 20 listeners they have 2; when we have more than that ... they may get lucky with six.

Now if you want a perfectly objective reaction, ask the people who have listened to both, who have tried both, and find out what they like better.

*runs off wondering why she would want to get even more listeners to suck up the bandwidth, then comes back to jump back on her podium before she gets back on the air*

At any rate - Second Shifters is still number one on the Shoutcast charts both in the U.S. and globally. I'm good with that, but you start advertising GotBlack, and the people that have never listened to quality online radio go listen to it, they will not wish to try it ever again, because it constantly cuts out, and they turn it off. We don't whore with pay pal, we take care of those people that support us, AND we're reachable .... so there's plenty of reason's why NOT to put a banner up to gotblack.

Am I cocky about the station I DJ for? Yeah, I am, we're the best and we can prove it with the numbers. *grins* Plus the rest of the DJ's offset my goofiness which makes the station rock.

S'okay I guess, I've been super busy too. And as for got black radio, I went to give it a listen since I started this whole banner thing and I couldn't connect. Haha.

I'm not big on 'working' to listen or putting out any real effort other than simply hitting play, so... I'll stick with Second Shifters.
