Even if you deleted it in you "my pictures" folder it should still be on you documents scroll bar. Or in your cookies under recent pictures. Unless you erased everything and defraged, in which case it is indeed lost. If that's the case.... ummmm..... get a new one.

i cant actually upload a new one! thats what im trying to do silly! i do know how to save and recouperate files, believe me... i know what im doing. the point of this thread is, i deleted my old one off df and i cant upload a new avatar to df.
