As was stated, country does have culture. I hate country, but it definitely has culture, seeing as how "culture" is probably the most generic word you could have come up with. If you don't think country is a cultured genre of music, then neither is goth; beer, absinthe..... tomayto, tomahto. You were probably thinking of something like "class" or "dignity," but even that would have been wrong. Basically, you were just trying to let us know that you don't like country music.
