balsamic vinegar can he harsh so heartburn caused by it isnt uncommon...but stupid shit that you figure would never cause heartburn...can cause it.

marijuana increases your metabolism surely, (reason for munches) would this give you heartburn from the increased speed of which your body is moving food through it, it could cause the fluids in your stomach to rise up and... hmm i dunno. mweh. its been a while since i delved into that shit.
