.. that somehow arouses excitement and, yes, anticipation in certain people? It's namely my boyfriend- But lately I've met more and more people (usually guys) who talk about armageddon like they'd actually like to see it happen in their lifetime.
I'm starting to feel like I'M the weirdo for, oh I don't know, FEARING the end of the world in a hail of fire and brimstone (or radiation, or monkeys.. yeah, probably monkeys.)
So.. is anyone here looking forward to day when mankind disappears?

Only if I get to cause it. The hype surrounding the turn of the millenium was the last time I really got into it. It was a good time to do it but then we had to go and keep suriviving.:P

It will suck, because it will be something stupid like the flu that will kill mankind. If the first pandemic killed over 20,000,000 ppl and infected 20 - 40% of the entire population of the world, think of what the 4th one might do, and its not to far off now.

there is no such thing as the end of the fucking world. everyone clearly stated that before the end of the world would come it will happen once the year 2000 comes. but the year 2000 did came and the world didn't end like how everyone thought it was going to end when this year came up. hell we are STILL ALIVE aren't we? so don't listen to the other people that are fucking morons about the world going to end. cause it is NEVER going to happen. so stop being so god dam paranoid and enjoy life while you have it.

Actually, scientifically it WILL happen. Not in your lifetime. Not in mine. But it will end. Perhaps not end totally, as in all life eradicated. But the human race as we know it, will expire one day. I believe it fully. However, since it's not happening before I die, I don't really give a shit.

well to tell you the truth i have no fucking clue as to how the world would end just like you have no clue as to how the world would end. nobody can know the real answer to this question unless if you were god him self. cause he is the only one that can answer this question and not us.
