well, not me...i like the sun...the way it feels on your face and whatnot...but do you think that when anybody puts a reply up that a serious answer will follow? alot of people have a vampyre fetish and wish to be one, but do you think the real ones would admit it? or would they even be on the internet at all? especially since you wrote this thread at night...you'll probably have to wait till dawn when they come home and check their email...lol

No, I am not. However, I love the whole legend of it all. I love the thought if there were such a thing. I'm not sure, there may be.. ya never know. I love the whole realm of it though, very sexy and alluring to me.

lol Yeah I know what you're saying Seek4logos, but it's nice to just hope that maybe a real vampyre will take interest. But there are certain legends saying that som vampyres can stand to be in the sunlight. The thing is I've been obssessed with a passion for vampyres since I was eight. And the thing is I've been clamping down on my desire to be one for so long...and now it's suddenly just sprung back up and now my desire to be one is overwhelming. I mean it's not a childish, "ooh me me me I wanna be one," kind of thing. It's the fact that i'm in love with vampirism. The dark sensuality of it, the captivating world it is. And the fact that they are predators of humans...their blood. The blood of life. It just makes me shake because I want it so bad. It's not just an obssession..it's this want in me...deep in my heart. I may seem crazy but it's only because you people are too normal (j/k) I seriously wish there was an actual vampyre who would confront me...but no vampyre would. you're not crazy nor childish...it is the invitation of this power that is so scary and beautiful and pitiful all at once (i say pitiful becuase of the solitary aspect of the power--although you can be with people, but there has to be some sort of sad feeling of oppressment or i don't know--maybe i am talking out of my ass!) if you want info on real vampyres, read Montague Summers--the vampyre in europe (i think i've plugged this book before) he did a historical and ethnographic research project and found many many things...it's not fiction...it was written as a history book...he died mysteriously...or maybe the mystery is that he didn't...

I would ask him/her what it is like to be one of the undead. How does it feel as he/she feed off of the blood of others. What kind of powers she/he possess. How long they have lived, if they have seen the rise and fall of many great empires, if they have seen...oh...just about everything, I would ask them...And...maybe..I would ask...to make me one. I want to be one so bad it brings tears to my eyes...it brings a sharp pang somewhere in my chest, and it brings feelings of so much emotions forth...

Do not say you are wasting our time with that. You are the first person I have seen that had the guts to say that. I have had many of the same thoughts as you have. I know a lot of people who would ridicule you and me. That's okay though. There are a lot of people here who to me have interests and likes that I do not get into. I have somewhat of an obsession with them as well. Always have. Kinda nice to see that someone else out there feels the same way.

Yeah it's longing alright..and wanting and needing it to bad your heart hurts and it makes you cry from the sheer impossibility of it. That it makes you just want to yell and scream out why. All these people say, "She's young she'll grow out of it," or, "It's just a phase." If it's a phase how come's it's lasted for for more then five years? I'm glad I found people that understand this longing...but it doesn't help the emptiness in my heart because i know....I'll never ever be a vampyre.

I love the illusion of vampires, but I dont think I could handle eternity without going nuts.
