This incident alone would have put me off..

In an e-mail earlier this month, Corrie had described a Feb. 14 confrontation with another Israeli bulldozer in which she referred to herself and other activists as "internationals."

"The internationals stood in the path of the bulldozer and were physically pushed with the shovel backwards, taking shelter in a house," Corrie wrote in the e-mail, distributed in a March 3 news release by the International Solidarity Movement.

"The bulldozer then proceeded on its course, demolishing one side of the house with the internationals inside," she wrote

But they kept up their protest against Isreals invasion and destruction of refugee camps in Gaza..

"Rachel was alone in front of the house as we were trying to get them to stop," said Greg Schnabel, 28, of Chicago. "She waved for the bulldozer to stop. She fell down and the bulldozer kept going. It had completely run over her and then it reversed and ran back over her."

Israeli military spokesman Capt. Jacob Dallal said her death was an accident. State Department spokesman Lou Fintor said the U.S. government had asked Israeli officials for a full investigation.

I think she should have worked out that if Israeli forces could "accidentally" herd people into a building and demolish it around them then they could just as easilly "accidentally" run someone over and then "accidentally" reverse over them to make sure..

Isreal was on the right track in relations with Palestineans before they elected Nazi Sharon, he's using the "War on Terror.™" as carte blanche to do whatever he likes to root out "potential" terrorists.

They wanted to bulldoze a building. She stood directly in front of the bulldozer. It's sad that she died, but it was pretty dumb of her to expect everything to stop just for her. She should have been smarter and known Israel wasn't going to take shit from protestors.

Looks like another Darwin Award to me.

Sad? Not!

Rachel Corrie supported the PLO when she was alive. She is no different than the two American women who opposed the war against Gemany and Japan. Those two women went on to become known as Axis Sally and Tokyo Rose.

Notice the hate filled expression of Rachel Corrie as she burns a mock US flag in the Gaza strip.

These peaceniks have never acted as human shields to stop suicide bombers from blowing up pizza parlours, schools, and buses in Israel. That because they support the PLO and its terrorist war against Israel.

Hmm if they did then they`d be better than the US, Isreali and international intelligence gathering agencies in their ability to locate the next target.
