There is one part which mentions kidnapping Iraqi civilians and having them dress up like soldiers to make it appear as though they are "surrendering" which... if you think about it, is feasible. The US is also trying to push a psychological warfare onto the Iraqi troops, and if the Iraq men are led to believe that some of their fellow companions are surrendering, it would naturally create quite the confusion. *shrugs* It's an interesting article for sure
