Yeah, yeah, yeah....stop snickering right now, it's too obvious...


Anyway, here's the problem:

I managed to change the font when I create a page.
(Too bad it won't show up!) Why won't it become visible???

Second:

How do I get the neon effect behind the lettering like most of you folks have in your respective sigs?

(And yes, I do HTML. Nutscrape is easy to use and I don't need to download thousands of bucks' worth of software...)

Any help with this is greatly, GREATLY appreciated.
