weird. i always thought new zealand was pretty good in the rankings. now i'm to learn it's not...

i suppose though, what the New Zealand finds as criminal behaviour might be completely different to say, what the US finds as criminal behaviour and therefore with varying ideas if crime, it's really hard to say.
