To put put it in american terminology 'this game be the shit'

This game rules! RULES!!!!! RULES!!!!!

For those of you who have no idea what im waffling on about, Battlefeild 1942 is a game where you play in a series of famous battles yeas you guessed it 1939 -45, theres Stalingrad, Krachov, Midway, Berlin, Market graden, D Day, El Alamane, Tobruk and a whole load of other battles all realisticaly detailed and done to the time period.

But thats not all! You can take control from 20 different vehicles to Sherman medium tanks, Churchill tanks, the Jeep, the higgins boat, a battleship, a stukka dive bomber, a peice of self proppeled artillery, a german light infantry carrier, a T-4, T-34 and Elephant tanks. Plus king tigers and some others.

But these aren;'t designated roles. You can start off as a regular russian infantry man ready to be mown down by german or finnish bullets but you could climb intoa T-34 and take to the battle in armour, or an IL-2 Sturmovik, its like operation flashpoint just with far better graphics.

Plus the game can have upto 64 human or AI players so who needs skirmishes when you can have plattoons blwoing the shit out of each other, and wiuth the optoion of uneven teams you can play as a german soldier in Army Group South battling to the last ion Stalingrad or as an British soldier in market graden.

The countries you can play as are:

Russia, Germany, America, France, Britain, Japan, Australia, Italy and not forgetting Canadian. All these nations have no real differencces but the uniforms are different and there are a slight variatition in the weapons, if your a russian conscription with an american BAR then its not going to be as good as if ytou were an american or if your an italian firing an MG-42 its going to heat up faster, this gives an almost endless play on the battlefeidls of europe, asia, africa, and i think pearl harbour is there as well but i dont remember.

So in other words. BUYT THIS GAME!
