Yeah I`ve seen it explained that way before.
I dont believe truth should be fluidic myself its just that somethings defy logic so well that they can not be counted as either true or not.If the attempt to understand the illogical is bound by it having to be either true or false then the statement has to be adapted or there has to be a third option other than true and false.A opinion is a good third option because that in my mind is the only form where people have fluidic 'truth'. Work is of two kinds: first, altering the position of matter at or near the earth's surface relatively to other such matter; second, telling other people to do so.
