i love the way you worded that ."your BELIEF in god has gotten you through it". what about god himself? was he there with you? did you physically see him? your answer is always going to the same. yes he was there cuz i believe it. and thats irrationale. and thats why i say its foolish. if you were atheist and you went through the same troubles are you saying you wouldnt have made it through? and faith for the purpose of love and healing ? you dont need faith for love and healing that happens on its own. i dont need faith to love or to help some one through hard times all i need is the brain and the heart i have. and so does everyone else they're just to xenocentric to realize it.
