SVLC: nope i'm in North Caroling, but as it turns out another dorm had the same drill at 3...and it was indeed a drill, i talked to one of the RAs and that's what they were told.

Skorpian: yes it could but last night was quite unnecessary. they shouldn't have done it on a week day seeing as how a lot of students (like myself) have 8 am classes the next day.
