1. Post Message for all DF’ers explaining the project in an open discussion form. (This was already done and is in progress)
2. Contact Names & Email addresses for help and or individual information as needed throughout the project
3. Bulletin Board Note: Posting The General Rules & Requirements
4. The Who, What & Where for submitting work for the different categories
5. The Category names (Graphic Art, Poetry, Short stories, Photography, etc) and the requirements and limitations for each category
6. General Limitations: How many times can one submit their work? How many per category? and so on…..
7. Need to know all Category Leaders and their assistants: Email addresses, and names.
8. Bulletin Report: Updating everyone as to the progress of the project and other various important messages.
9. An on-going list of all participants for each category, posted for all DF’ers to see
10. Team Leaders need to organize and discuss everything that is accepted often!!
12. Publishing details who is doing all the background work looking for the publisher and setting all this up? Who is the assistant to that person?
13. Do we need to donate funds to the DF account for this function? and if so to whom and where? Possibly the DF fund already set up? allowing all proceeds in excess to this project to go directly into the DF operating costs.
14. Someone or a few someones need to proof read and correct spelling and grammar....I know this was already brought up, but is also VERY important. Same for the graphics area. We need individuals who are gifted in those areas to give their unbiased opinion and advice when necessary
We need a good solid structure to this plan before we get the cart ahead of the horse. Yikes...I would hate to see this get all funky! It's such a great plan!!
I think the calendar idea is great also everyone should consider that as well, using the DF artisitry work. Could be another item for DF to sell......who knows maybe someday we can do t-shirt too! That would be way cool. |
