Though seriously I heard that the CIA and NSA have technology 5+ generations ahead of domestic release. Add to this abundant alien conspiracy, and sealed airforce bases which it is illegal to come within 15 miles of and don't appear on maps(Area 51) it wouldn't surprise me what the source of this technology is.
