First of all, your question is not unusual. People that take the weight lifting supplements such as you *should* ask questions. Anyway we've already had a conversation about this once, but i wanted to put in my input again. Frankly, the supplements scare the hell out of me. I saw one friend use creatine (or however u spell it) and he got really fucked up - permanently - with side affects as constant shaking. I don't think he overdosed on it or anything. This stuff is just plain scary. And i care about ya (hey we don't know each other too well but i still do) So i just hope you can be careful. Is it all natural? Does it alter your body chemistry in a harmful way? Why don't you just do it the all natural way so you can have better bragging rights anyway?
