well...um...i've never been really religious. sometimes i wish i were. But i look at the ppl around me who are very devout and i wonder if it really saves you.
My grandmother is really religious, and she got in a fight with my mom and i haven't seen her in like 3 years. My friend goes to church every sunday and prays every night before she goes to bed, but she has had sex every day for the past 2 years. I've only gone to church a couple of times, and i don't do stuff like that.
I guess my point is, going to church doesn't make you a better person, it just gives you something to believe in. For some ppl that is a good thing. some times you need something to believe in. Maybe thats the whole point of religion. so we don't go insane wondering about how the earth was made, or what happens when we die.
