Hmm... an even sicker thought on this sort of thing, is one that my friend heard from someone else... LoL Now, I'm not going to argue this side, and chances are that this post is going to very vague as well, but the possibility that Bush himself arranged this incident has apparently also popped up. I personally find that equally if not more sickening than the above post, and what it boiled down to was basically the fact that because the election between him an' Gore was so close, that he had it arranged so that he could make a point or prove or some shit to the world that he was a good president or some crap like that. Something to do with trying to show the people of America that they'd done the right thing by putting him in the seat of power. ~rolls her eyes~ I may not know much about Gore, or Bush, but so far I'm thinking mabye Gore would've been a better idea... LoL

I'll check back with my friend and get a bit more specific information. She mentioned this to me a couple weeks ago, and I obviously didn't pay too much attention at the time, because I don't remember it all that well. LoL
