"The American people know the facts, and they dismiss such ludicrous, baseless views," he said. "The fact that she questions the president's legitimacy shows a partisan mind-set beyond all reason."
First, I'd like to say that the beginning section of the quote makes me sick. Sure, I know the facts and I would dismiss such ludicrous baseless views. The whole idea's correct except, I don't know the facts! Everyone's forgotten that after these attacks a group of known terrorists seperate from the Al Queda group were the first to claim responsibility. Every reporter was screaming it for 20 minutes until... until... 'til the government said it was Al Queda's fault. When did they say they did it? Weren't they denying it the entire time? Sure this smaller terrorst organization could have been a cell claiming to be one of the hundreds of members of the Al Queda terrorist organization. That doesn't neccesarily mean that they acted under the orders of the Al Queda, or Bin Laden. I'm not saying that we should harbor terrorism but... would the government benefit from destroying a small terrorst cell only about a few dozen people strong? Hell no. We need a war. And do keep in mind that Mr. Bush was trying to start a war with China not long before this happened.

Now onto my second analysis of this quote: "The fact that she questions the president's legitimacy shows a partisan mind-set beyond all reason." Damn straight. Partisan, as in different. It's what the founders of our country had in mind. They didn't want two parties controlling everything. They didn't want one party controlling everything. They didn't want any parties controlling everything. They wanted everyone to express their opinions. They wanted everyone to vote equally to assure that the best possible accomodations were made to the general public. If Cynthia McKinney wants to question the government 'What? Us? Do something wrong? Never!' then it's her constitutional right to do so. Hell it's her duty being a servant of the public. Her questioning is not un-founded and I applaud her for taking actions in the face of this political mockery. I guess it finally took some estrogen to break up the testosterone run politics of the United States.

Sometimes I think I'd rather be a U.K. citizen...
