if you get them often you need to go see a dr...my mother, two of my sisters and myself get migrains so bad all we can seem to do is throw up and curl up into a ball....
they have medicin that you can take when you feel one coming on..but if you have a full blown migrain all you really can do is go to the er and get a shot that knocks you out for about 24 hrs or so
