I love going to graveyards especially the ones that are hundreds of years old. I feel this peaceful calm as soon as I enter the gateways of a cemetary. Sometimes I lay over the top of a grave and wonder about the person's life or I talk to them. Sounds strange, but the dead DO talk...You just have to know how to listen. I get a lot of inspiration from cemetaries when I write my poetry and it clears out my head if I've been feeling depresse/sad. |
