well...it wasnt 'banned' or anything. Universal, the studio that released the film HANNIBAL...you know the one where they EAT a man's brains.....decided not to release 1000 CORPSES because they thought it was TOO gory. they gave the film back to zombie and he has been shopping it around to other studios etc. there really doesnt seem to be much confirmation on its status. sometimes it sounds like it will be straight to video. then other times you will hear that it WILL be in theaters at some point uncut. just have to wait and see.
